If not, we can assist with the right QS that understands your projects playing field. Having a QS on board means that you will get more accurate costing estimates & budget management.

We provide either the QS / contractor with a document with detail descriptions of the scope of works that would take place on site in order to make the dream a reality.

For our residential clients, the specifications could also be a list of items that has to be done / furniture & fitting list with where to get it, if you opt for the DIY package.
